At Fountain Consulting (formerly Martindale Consulting), we are led by Debbie Martindale, bringing together over 20 years of collective experience in executive, senior, and startup leadership roles within New Zealand's tertiary and vocational training sector.
Our journey has encompassed collaboration with a diverse array of institutions, including Polytechnics, Institutes of Technology, Industry Training Organisations (ITO’s), and the dynamic landscape of Workbased Learning (WBLs) and Workforce Development Councils (WDCs), as well as both government-funded and commercially supported Private Training Providers.
